Where SASSA and this site disagree, trust SASSA
If a page on this site says something different from what SASSA or the SRD R370 portal says, the official source is correct and we are out of date. Please tell us so we can fix the article.
No account and no payments
This site has no login, no account and no payment processing. We never charge for anything and we are not a loan service.
The SRD status checker on our home page does ask for your ID number and the cellphone number on your SRD application, because SASSA needs both to find your record. Those details go to SASSA and we do not store them. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.
We will never ask for your banking PIN, your password, your card number or a one-time PIN (OTP). Anyone claiming to represent this site who asks for those is a scammer.
